All western churches (Catholic, Protestant) celebrate Christmas on the same day, 25th December. Orthodox churches celebrate Christmas later. Pedantically, they all celebrate Christmas on 25th December, they just use a different calendar and disagree which day is the 25th December.

Same as anybody else- but in the Russian Orthodox protocol- Christmas is celebrated on January 7. a good memory jog is #l07 the Newark Airport bus ( from the Port Authority) All of the Eastern Orthodox celebrate Christmas on January 7. The popular song- Happy Christmas- War is Over- by John Lennon reflects the Russian Ortho orientation- another year over- a new one just begun- which in my logic places Christmas after the New Year- which is the Orthodox custom.

Whether in Romania or elsewhere, the Orthodox Churches are national Churches which broke away from Communion with the Catholic Church in the 11th century. Their clergy and sacraments remain the same, and their liturgy is identical to the Catholic Uniate rites of the same rite, but they are still in schism, and thus not "the same".

For the same reason Jewish marriages are celebrated in a synagogue and Muslim marriages are celebrated in a mosque. Marriage, when celebrated as a sacred rite or ritual, is celebrated within the religion of the celebrants and participants.
Christmas is celebrated in Great Britain for the same reason that it's celebrated in other countries. Many or most of the population are Christians. Christmas is the religious observance of the birth of the Christian Messiah.
Christmas day in Canada is the same as Christmas day in the USA. December 25th.
