It could be if you fish near a whale feeder. which is a place where whales eat a lot. Whales will not run out of fish.
Whales are as a matter of fact becoming extinct and this is because of things such as; commercial whaling and over fishing.
People are over fishing, poloting the water, and killing whales for blubber
humpback whales are endangered because of commercial whaling and drift net fishing. these are the only know factors contributing to the decline of humpback whales all over the world.
mostley by fishing boats and shoot spesrs at the killer whales
Because of over fishing (fishing with nets, illeagally etc) Because of whaling and because of pollution such as oil spills. Also because their major food source (fish) is disappearing quickly because we are over fishing. Also as boats are becoming more common dolphins and whale are becoming a rarity.
Although killer whales, or orcas, have no natural predators, they are threatened by loss of prey due to over-fishing and over-hunting by humans, loss of safe habitat due to human actvities, pollution (oil and PCBs), and capture for marine mammal parks.
Per The Antarctic Treaty, there is no commercial fishing on planet earth south of 60 degrees South Latitude, which includes the Antarctic continent.
You would travel to Alaska to see caribou migrating, humpback whales, and brown bears fishing for salmon.
There is no commercial fishing in Antarctica: it is prohibited by the Antarctic Treaty.
I Have One problem People Are Hunting Whales. It's A Problem With That because Were Losing Thousands Of Spieces Of Whale Like Sperm Whales,Humpback Whale,Blue Whales And Killer Whales Even Though They Are Not Whales. They Only Need Their Blubber.
It creates confusion about if they are whales or Sharks. They are Sharks, but big as whales. And filter feeders, as many whales.
In French Polynesia there is a lot of over fishing. In Melanesia there is pollution and sanitary issues. In Micronesia pollution is I giant problem.
