Then please post a new question with more information, including what you mean by discoloration - are the bills not green (or blue-green for bills after 2004)? or is the ink smeared? That will help determine what you have. I'm not certain about the above answer but Lincoln is on the $5 bill, Jackson, the $20 bill, and Jefferson, the $2 bill. I don't believe any $2 bills wer printed after 1976. You need to post a question with more and correct information.
