First, please check the name under the portrait and/or the denomination. Jefferson is on the $5 bill. Then please post a new question with more information, including what you mean by discoloration - are the bills not green (or blue-green for bills after 2004)? or is the ink smeared? That will help determine what you have.
I'm not certain about the above answer but Lincoln is on the $5 bill, Jackson, the $20 bill, and Jefferson, the $2 bill. I don't believe any $2 bills wer printed after 1976. You need to post a question with more and correct information.
In anything but perfect uncirculated condition, it is worth $1.
Coins that are in brilliant uncirculated condition are almost perfect. Take them to a coin collector to have them graded for free.

1920 is actually a "better" year for Cuban coins, but usually only if they are in uncirculated or perfect uncirculated condition. Otherwise, your coin is likely worth just a few dollars or less.
The closest note to that date is the 1973 issue, which is worth $4 in perfect uncirculated condition.
