I guess I am not understanding the question. These are two separate issues. They may be indirectly related at times but they are different issues. If you ask which is more important, they are both important. These are some of the issues that fall under our fundamental beliefs in which many have sacrificed their very lives to hold onto in the US. Everyone has a right to privacy, and everyone should feel free to voice their opinion as long as that opinion does not hurt anyone else or promote hatred toward any person or group.

Workers' rights. The right to privacy. Freedom of Speech. Social justice. Expert testimony. The creation of the Federal Reserve System.
Freedom of religion, right to property, freedom of speech.
The segment of the Constitution that protects the right to freedom of speech is the First Amendment. It also protects a person's right to freedom of religion and freedom of expression.

Basic human right is right related to basic human needs like food,shelter,clothing, etc,. in psychology this term is related to recognition,attention,self-actualization, and feeling of belonging to a group. More basic to healthy human existence is the right to life, freedom of thought, freedom of speech, and freedom of association. The right to privacy, security, health and education are among my extend list of basic rights.
