Horrible. American here lived in Toronto for a year. Dealing with Rogers was one of the worst experiences I've had in terms of using the internet. I've lived in third world countries that have better internet service.
The speed is slow, the cap what you download each month, and it is very expensive. There are so many things that are awesome about Canada, but Rogers is not one of them
