Yes Serene Global Services Pvt Ltd is very much a registered company. with all legal proceedings. As i see many blogs on this particular company i would like to share few key points which everyone should keep in mind. No company can open a bank account without Proper registration of company. even while opening a bank account company has to submit all the necessary docs related to company and bank will do the necessary cross verification with ROC then only they will open. Without knowing the exact info its not good for any individual to respond, Look today you will find all possible wrong information from others since you are trying for only wrong information, but it would be a wise person's style by going to company and getting complete details.

Also one thing everyone should keep in mind is if any company wants to cheat public it will not go through government supported JKC. even JKC will accept only after complete clarity else it will not entertain anyone just like that. Few people tell this is not NASSCOM Certified, not registered in STPI. For Nasscom first company should be formed, Build its infrastructure, See that its running properly and then only it can apply for this any company needs min of 3 to 4 months,

And regarding STPI registration, by next year end STPI registration is ending its life then there is not point in looking for STPI registration. even companies like infosys, wipro and others stpi registrations will end by next year then does company become useless in your eyes. IT is not with Certification it is with how that company will run on its rules and regulations, so just like that do comment on anyone.

Not only that company is also considering all those talented people whom they came across in their last drive and they are planning all those people who are worth and could meet this 2lacs in this process are being reconsidered for their upcoming GOVT of India project. So lets not be idiotic with all these silly posts who don't have basic information about any company or even on any issue, just that what they get into mind or what some one tells they post and create havoc to others. Company has already helped four very very poor people who could not bare with this process but cannot extend it to all since crores are involved in this project. If you be in company's position you will also behave in same, since it is company not one single person. They have their own constraints which you cannot just like understand, mere passing comments will not get you anything

No..its not. The company's credibility is questioned many times by many people. And were answered with harsh words by the company employees.
