Is something wrong with a puppy if he has his shots and is rubbing his butt on the floor after he goes to the bathroom?

It may be just a way of him cleaning his bum, but it is best to get him checked by the vets, especially if this is a common thing and not a one-off. My dog does that alot outside, if she is constipated and there is poop she just cannot get out!
