No it most certainly isnt, to break all the bonds in the glycerol you need to put in an enthalpy of +6974 and the energy released when the bonds reform is -5852, so you get less energy out then you put in so it wont burn

Not really. I checked the Safety Data Sheets from two different manufacturers; one of them said it wasn't flammable at all and the other gave it an NFPA flammability rating of 1 (out of 4). "Combustible" might be a better description: if you point a blowtorch at it you can get it to burn, but it's unlikely to ignite from anything much less than that.
