Is spotting can be red that turns to pink that suddenly turn brown and how could you know that is actually spotting not knowing that you are pregnant how could you know that it is a sign of pregnancy?

Spotting is considered as spots of blood on your underwear or streaks of blood on tissue when you wipe. What you described is spotting. You would know its a sign of pregnancy based on a missed period and symptoms you're experiencing and naturally whether you had unprotected sex or not. See your DR for a blood test.
