Moldy cheese is acctually best. The smeel is stonger so the mosues smeeling sence is more active and the mice will be more atracted.
I am a professor at Oxford Univeristy and I teach students about different atractions. Most of my pupils are interested at this question as we are answering it together. Moldy cheese had a very sensory appeal to it which attracts any animal with a very good sense of smell, such as the mouse. It even attracts animals with barely and sense of smell. So use MOLDY CHEESE in the MOUSE HUNT!
Stale bread is better for French toast. Fresh bread makes the finished product too mushy. Alisa
If you want to try making cheese, use fresh milk, stale milk will likely have bacteria that will result in poor cheese. Take a look at this website for step by step directions on making a simple cheese: http://biology.clc.uc.edu/fankhauser/Cheese/Cheese_5_gallons/CHEESE_5gal_00.htm
