No. The only way to rid fat from your body is to have it removed surgically. Fat cells develop at certain times in the human body. For males, this is in utero and during puberty. For females, this is in utero, during puberty, and during pregnancy. The fat cells you have are the fat cells you have.
Now, that being said, fat cells either grow (storing water, nutrients, and toxins), or shrink (metabolism of stored substances).
The human body sweats under specific conditions: exercise, excess temperature (internal and external), and stress. When we sweat, fat can metabolize some of it's stored substances, and water released from fat can be a component of sweat, but this is not fat dissolving.
