The US Civil War battle near Fredericksburg, VA is, unsurprisingly, called the "Battle of Fredericksburg". "Battle of Fredericksville" is probably just an error; Google doesn't turn it up in the first several pages (there are results, they just all call it "Battle of Fredericksburg"), leading me to conclude that either:

  • Yes, they're the same thing, and some people are just using the wrong name.
  • No, they're different, but the "Battle of Fredericksville," whatever it was, was relatively insignificant.
