I would say yes! We purchased ours from a friend that lost about 50 lbs using the treadclimber and eating properly. We have had it 2 weeks now, and I have lost 10 lbs so far, and my husband has lost 8lbs and that is using the threadclimber 3x a week. That is also with eating healthier. With us only having the machine 2 weeks and we are already seeing a differance, I would recommend this machine! It is a really good workout.

∙ 12y agoThe Bowflex TC500 Tread Climber does give the user a very good work out making the user's arms and legs stronger with each use. Another good thing about this machine is that after just 3 to 4 good 30 minute workouts the user will notice that his or her endurance has increased also.
