No. If a card says to 'search your Deck', or 'send a card from the top of your Deck', this means your main deck.

If something tries to return a Fusion monster 'to deck' though, that will put it back in your Extra Deck. That doesn't mean Extra Deck is the considered the same thing, that's just where Fusions and Synchros go when something tries to put them back in Deck.

Can you fuse monsters and summon the Fusion to the field in Yu-Gi-Oh?

If you activate polymorization, then yes you may fuse monsters in your hand, or on the field. You must also have the correct fusion monster in your fusion deck.

How big is a yu ghi oh deck?

A Yu-Gi-Oh deck may consist of 40-60 cards. You are also allowed 15 cards in a side deck. Along with these rules you may also have a side deck of 15 cards that consists of only synchro monsters and fusion monsters.

Can you use polymerization to create a NEW fusion monster or not?

Polymerization is used to Fusion Summon Fusion Monsters from your Extra Deck in Yu-Gi-Oh!. You do not create a "new" monster out of thin air. You must have included the Fusion Monster you are trying to Summon in your Extra Deck. You must also fuse the monsters that are listed on the Fusion Monster. To Fusion Summon a Fusion Monster, you activate Polymerization (unless specifically stated otherwise, such as on XYZ-Dragon Cannon) and send the appropriate Fusion Material Monsters to the Graveyard (from your Hand or your side of the field). Once this criteria is met, place the appropriate Fusion Monster on the field in face-up Attack or Defense Position. Note that this is treated as a Fusion Summon.PolymerizationSPELL/NormalSend Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Fusion Monster Card from your Hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard, and Special Summon that Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck.

Is 30 cards counted as a deck?

No. In order to make a legal deck, there must be a minimum of 40 cards in it; however, there is no max. You are also allowed to make a side deck with exactly 15 cards with which you can modify your current deck between duels. You can also have an "Extra Deck" which contains all your fusion and synchro monsters, but I believe you can only have 15 synchros or less. Hope that helps. ^-^

What is a fusion reaction also known as?

Since they do not exist yet I do not believe they have any other names. Fusion does exist in nature so a sun or star could be considered a fusion reactor.

How many cards are there in a yu gi oh deck?

A Yu-Gi-Oh! Deck can contain anywhere between 40 and 60 cards, however most professional players play with 40 cards, since they have a greater chance of drawing the card they need each turn, that could win them the game. Fusion Monsters and Synchro's do not count as your deck, they go in your Extra Deck, as they are now known in 5Ds. If you look on a 5Ds play mat it says Extra Deck, if you look on an original it says Fusion Deck. Fusion Material Monsters and Tuner Monsters however, DO count as your deck and they must be placed within your main deck. Ritual Cards must also be in your main deck, as they do not fall into the category that allows you to place them in your Extra Deck, no idea why since they can't be summoned without a Ritual Spell Card.

What cards are in an elemental hero deck?

It depends on what type of hero deck. There are actually lots out there, but the most common ones I know of are Absolute Zero decks and e hero fusion decks. For the competitive version (absolute zero), you should run Absolute zero with cards like stratos and miracle fusion, along with cards like caius the shadow monarch and mobius the frost monarch. Also make sure you have plenty of synchro monsters and tuners available. For e hero fusion decks, make sure you get a good fusion deck with absolute zero, gaia, and the shining, along with shining flare wingman, plasma vice, and whatever else you feel like (it is not advised that you run synchros). You should run the basic heros, like avian, bubbleman, and a few copies of sparkman, and 2-3 copies of king of the swamp. Also, depending on your fusion deck, you may want to add burstinatrix, clayman, and bladedge also. Every hero deck should have at least two polymerizations, a few miracle fusions, and one future fusion. Super polymerization would work as well, your opponent cannot negate it's activation, so it would be a safe fusion summon. You should also add woodsman, stratos, and prisma to your build (ocean is optional, but it works pretty well). When building an e hero fusion deck, avoid cards that require specific monsters like bubble blaster, spark blaster, and hero barrier.

Deck jets are considered to be a relaxation tool for pool addicts. You can also use it to control temperature during the summers. You can make a pool deck jet by purchasing a water sprinkler that spouts water out into the pool.

What are the cards inside the elemental deck?

that depends on what type of hero deck you are talking about, but I'm guessing you mean a fusion deck. you should have plolymerizations obviously, but also include future fusion and miracle fusion. fusions should include shining flare wingman and plasma vice, along with whatever else you feel like. monsters should include stratos and/or ocean. you should have avian, sparkman, and clayman, and some people like burstinitrix and bubbleman. use traps to protect your monsters and spells should include reinforcements of the army and e emergency call. keep high level monsters to a minimum. cards like king of the swamp, the light hex sealed fusion, sangan, and wroughtweiler help.

Are there any cards in yu-gi-oh that are like Royal Oppression but better maybe something that helps just you?

You obviously have the option of Solemn Judgement being like it, but even that is not worth it. Royal Oppression focusses mainly on Special Summons, and the life point cost is to even out the power. Because it is to do with those, run a deck that does not make use of Special Summons, such as a Gadget or Monarch deck. Also, remember that Fusion Summons are not considered to be Special Summons.
