For first time dog owners, this breed may not be the most ideal choice. Hovawart dogs require continuous training, that is strict but loving. They are a working breed and so they need to be kept active constantly with dog activities. This breed is also very helpful in tracking, search & rescue and other working dog activities. Ironically, Hovawarts do not have the "eager to please" nature that most other working Dog Breeds have. They can think and act on their own, which is why you need to realize that the Hovawort does not work for you, but instead works with you. Therefore need to be trained by an expert, who can take a positive approach to reinforcing training and obedience. They can become reluctant to perform if their training consists of only punishments.
Created in Hungary to work as a pointer and retriever, the Vizsla has an aristocratic bearing. All he really wants, though, is to be loved. He's a super companion for an active family who can provide him with the exercise and attention he craves. You do not need lots of experience to enjoy owning a Vizsla.
No, a bolognese is a bad breed for inexperienced dog owners. I would suggest a small and calm breed

According to the Bracco Italiano Society, this breed is not suitable for first time or inexperienced owners. They are gentle but are a working breed and may require substantial training to become good pets. They also require a large amount of exercise and stimulation.
They require alot of attention, but are good dogs. they are also protective.
