king crabs are declining in population, but i don't know if we could say they are going to become extict. There might be a price climb if purchasing king crab because its availability is becoming more scarce.

∙ 10y agoNo, spider crabs are not Spiders (terrestrial, and of the arachnid class) but are crustaceans (Japanese spider crabs are strictly aquatic). They are, however, the largest species of crab reaching about 3.8m (12 ft) across.
