The Wright Flyer is on display at the Smithsonian's National Air and Space Museum in Washington, DC. The exhibition name is The Wright Brothers & The Invention of the Aerial Age.
The first museum to house the Wright Brothers original plane was the London Museum. The Smithsonian refused to recognize the Wright Brothers and refused the offer of the plane. The plane was moved over 100-times to a vault for safe-keeping during the War.
