Lowest belt driven pulley on engine
on the Chrysler engine (420a) you do need a puller and installer to deal with the crankshaft dampener pulley.
Depending on engine displacement in general remove belt-s then bolt holding pulley to the crankshaft then using a puller remove the pulley, when installing use a installer not a hammer to put the pulley on the crankshaft.
Not all crankshaft pulley bolts are left hand thread. In my experience if it is a left hand thread the bolt head normally has an L stamped on it to notify the direction of thread
It is on the front of the crank, under the pulley and timng chain.
