We have been racing one competitively for two years now. It has never broken down in that time. The only parts we have replaced are 2 sets of tyres, a pair of chain rollers (consumable parts) and a spark plug.
A pocket bike can range from prices to 100$-6 or 700$. Bikes such as Cagllari pocket bikes are cheap and good in lasting a long time, but such as the x18,x19x and x22 are really pricey but go alot faster and have more sutff on the bike such as headlight, taillight, blinkers, and more almost like a real sized motorcycle. x18-22 are alot bigger then the smaller ones like Cagllari and Blade.

According to the website USA Pocket Bikes, the specifications of a Cagllari pocket bike are as follows: Net weight 37 lbs. Gross weight 47 lbs. The dimensions are 40.5 inches long, 25.5 inches wide and 24 inches tall.
A cagllari pocket lasts up to 3 to 5 months maybe even a year if you don't use it too much otherwise it will burn the battery out.
They both are very close. The mx3 pocket rocket brand new cost $350. The Cagllari brand new cost $300. The mx3 is a little better quality. I would have to say the mx3 is better.

I think that the best pocket bike for a beginner might be the baja doodlebug. It goes a good speed for a beginner and it can also help teach them about engines and upkeep of a bike. Baja is a very good brand too.
