There is some dispute about whether Wella is a cruelty free company. They are on PETA's cruelty free list but their parent company Proctor & Gamble admit to using some animal testing as a last resort if nothing else is possible. They do claim to conform to all animal welfare requirements.
Benefit Perfume does indeed have a line of hypoallergenic fragrances. However, they do not promote themselves as cruelty free, so it seems unlikely that they can make this claim.
