The South Rim at Grand Canyon Village is probably the most accessible and visited.
The simple answer is North.Grand Canyon Village is home to several lodges inside the National Park on the South Rim. Grand Canyon Lodge is also located inside Grand Canyon National Park, but along the North Rim. Grand Canyon Lodge is closing for the winter and will open again in March. Though there are only a dozen or so miles separating the two locations, there is no easy way to get from one to the other. Hiking from the South Rim to the bottom of the Canyon and back up to North Rim is a very exhausting and difficult exercise for anyone unprepared. The only other way for a person to get to the North Rim from the South is by car, either shuttle or private, about a 5 hour drive.
