No, if you have sex that would be illegal. I don't recommend it. You're over 18, that makes it illegal for you to have sex with anyone under 18. You only need to worry if you intend on having a sexual relationship with her before she reaches the age of consent. Dating is not a crime. The parents are only one way you can get in trouble but there are other ways also so make sure you do nothing to cause any concern.
