Yes it is.
No, it is not supposed to blink. You have a problem. Seek out a professional.
what is the question? do you mean there not working ? what do they do ? are they supposed to blink ? etc...
could be a problem with the sesor in the emergency brake. a bad connection there could cause the light to blink with the vibration of the car running On some cars, the brake warning light will blink if the parking brake is set, and you drive... it could be a failed parking brake switch, assuming the brake is not applied. It is supposed to blink to get your attention. One car that does this is the Mitsubishi Starion, there are probably some others, too.
Yes if it is working correctly.
It is not supposed to be on when engine is running unless there is a problem.
It is supposed to. ETS (Enhanced Traction System) is turned on and off with that switch. Leave it on. The system is on and working when the light is off.It is supposed to. I'm wondering the same thing. Mine only does it if I have locked the car using the remote. If I lock it manually, no light.

No. Just like cars.
Check your fuses behind the glovebox. I had the same problem and turned out to be the fuse to the "lighter" was out. May, or may not be the same fuse but this light was letting me know that something was not "right."
