Usually the Power Steering reservoir is integral to the pump.
New AnswerOn the MGM with a 4.6 litre engine the Power Steering Pump is not part of the pump. The pump is bolted directly to the lower left front corner of the block and a hose connects the pump to the reservoir which is mounted to the left inner fender for ease of filling.Usually it is but there are some that are not --older caravans for instance
the power steering resavoir is on the back of the motor on the upper left hand side under the alternator.

It doesn't have a power steering pump. The system is electric, and the motor is located behind the lower knee panel attached to the steering column.
Usually, the bolt to remove the steering wheel from the column is located at the point where it attached to the column. If your steering wheel has a pressure switch for the city horn located in the center of the steering wheel, you'll have to remove it to access that bolt.

Directly above the Alternator. Its on the passenger side. The power steering pump is attached to the top left belt. Not to hard to get to if you need to.
If your car is equiped with power steering, the reservior is located in the engine bay on the drivers side. It is attached to the engine where the belts run.
Look down inside the opening where you put washer fluid. It should be down inside the plastic tank. It will probably look like a 35mm film canister and be at the very bottom of the resavoir. You'll need to remove the resavoir to replace the pump if it's defective.
