Scientists can examine the contents in coprolites. If they contain bones, teeth, etc., then they can determine the animal was a carnivore. If they contain only certain minerals that can be traced to plants, with no bone, teeth, etc., they can determine the animal was more than likely an herbivore.
Typesof dinosaur is called: omnivores, herbivores, and carnivores. A carnivore is a dinosaur that eats meat only and they usally have sharp pointy teeth to tear the meat apart. A herbivore is a dinosaur that only eats plant, these dinosaurs have flat teeth. And last but not least a herbivore is a dinosaur that eats both plants and meat. These dinosaurs have flat and sharp teeth, but we humans that are omnivores have more flat teeth than sharp, because we dont have to tear meat likedinosaurs did........... YOLO

as big as a it needs This would depend if the dinosaur was a herbivore or carnivore and what it would have as a diet
Most dinosaurs were herbivores, but there were many carnivores as well.
Not all dinosaurs were omnivorous. Some were herbivorous, and the rest were carnivorous.
Pteradactyl
Velociraptor was a small, carnivorous dinosaur. As such, it would have hunted small prey such as lizards and mammals all the way up to animals as large as Protoceratops. We have proof of Velocraptor hunting Protoceratops because there is a fossil of a Velociraptor and a Protoceratops that died mid combat.
It was a herbivore! They would eat plants and grass! Unlike the T-rex because the T-rex was a carnivore! :D
well it's called an omnivore. And it's when a person, animal or (dinosaur) eats meat and herbs
