Neither. The Everest Expedition ride is in Walt Disney World ... specifically, the Animal Kingdom park.
Disneyland has several rides that are more or less based on "mountains": the Matterhorn, Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, and Splash Mountain. All of those but Splash Mountain are Roller Coasters, while Splash Mountain is a hybrid roller coaster/log flume ride.
California Adventure has a roller coaster also: California Screamin'. Unlike the others, it's not "mountain" themed in any way (there is a "mountain" in California Adventure, but it's just scenery; the ride surrounding it is a whitewater rapids raft-type ride).
