No,but shihezi medical university has applied for PMDC registration,the process is going on,PMDC visit is expected in shihezi universitiy in september,2010.
So it is going to be registered.

No there is no university recognized by PMDC but its a good college though I am studing in Tianjin Medical University but you can take admission in China Medical University Beijing because its a good college only matters a lot is recognization by the WHO world health organization and China Medical Council and practice and education provided in English program this is what matters a lot.
