It seemed to me at first that it is intangible because you cannot see it itself unless there is something in it (rain, snow, leaves, dust, etc.) But, you can feel it and one of the definitions I came across stated that for something to be intangible it cannot be experienced through the senses.
I think it is and it isn't. You can't hold it or grasp it or touch it, but you can feel it. You can make it too.
