I was watching the Conspiracy Theory with Jesse Ventura last night, and they said that by 2012, there will be a hole in the sun and solar flares will strike our Earth. The only thing that our Government is going to be doing is building tunnels that have 13ft. condos built there. And they're only going to let a selective few in that they think are important. While the rest of us have to find a tunnel and build 13ft. condos ourselves just to survive.
I doubt this because we have other planets for protection, and also in The Bible it says "no man knoweth". Another thing, if it were that close, in 2012, no one seems panicked!

There is no method, currently available, that allows for the predicting of solar flares. This does not mean that there could not be massive, "Earth ending" solar flares in 2012, it just means that we have no reason at all to believe there will be.
I did not see former pro-wrestler, Navy SEAL, governor and televison personality Jesse Ventura's show, but if he has found such a way, it would be nice for him to share it with the scientific establishment.
As to secret tunnels and hidden condos, while I'm sure that some shelters have existed since the fifties for various high level personnel, I'm sure that none are being created for any event specific to 2012. And frankly, it is laughable to assume that solar flares capable of eradicating all life on Earth are going to leave those in bunkers untouched.
