Yes it is. It contains Caffeine. White tea, black tea and green tea is bad for you. You would want to get caffeine free herbal tea. Decaffeinated just means that it has caffeine but they used chemicals to take it out. So instead of caffeine its chemicals.

Yes. Caffeine occurs naturally in tea. As you can see on PepsiCo's website http://www.pepsicobeveragefacts.com/caffeine.php it has 12mg per 8oz. Not bad compared to: Diet Mt. Dew = 36mg per 8oz Diet Coke = 31mg per 8oz
There are 15 mg of caffeine per serving (8 fl oz). The label contains this information.
According to the nutritional information on the official Lipton website, absolutely none. http://www.liptontea.com/product/detail/141483/diet-green-tea-mixed-berry
Of course it does -- it is black tea (except 2 varieties that are white and green tea, but they still have a small amount of caffeine). There is **50 mg per bottle of the black tea varieties. **I have a Raspberry one right now, and it says it is 50mg/16oz. The Lipton website indicates 8oz of Pure Leaf Unsweetened Tea contains 31mg of caffeine. Therefore, a 16 oz bottle contains 62mg of caffeine.
Most likely.
If you are referring to pure Lipton Green Tea that comes in a tea bag, and in a variety of flavors, no sugar is added. However, if you are referring to the Lipton Iced Teas, sugar is indeed added to the drinks that are not labeled diet. For example, if you are referring to the 100% Natural Lipton Green Tea with Citrus, it contains 18 grams of sugar. The 100 Natural Green Tea Passionfruit Mango, contains 13 grams of sugar.Again, If you are refering to any of the diet green teas from Lipton, they have no sugar added.
I called the number on the side of the bottle....yes!
