There is currently no way to download two of the same app on the iPad, however, if it is a web application that redirects to a web page on Safari, you can create two or more of the same bookmark.
Who knows? Either way there are plenty of alternatives on the App Store
In the same way as any other Apple product. Both on the basic device and apps you install from the App Store.
Besides iTunes, an app called iTransfer allows you to get music on an iPad 3.
No, it is an in-app purchase.
The same way you delete apps on any IOS device. Hold down the icon till it wiggles, and then press the X in the corner of the icon. Note that you cannot delete the core apps that came with the iPad.
If the app is made for both devices, just sync them both with your computer or download the app again from the iPod touch. If it doesn't show, then it won't work.
Spend unlimited money on in-app purchases. There is no way to get everything for free.
The app is written with this information when it is coded and compiled. There is no way to re-compile it with this information without the source code.

You can use many different drawing apps on the iPad to create lock screens and home screen backgrounds. The iPad doesnt' really have a 'profile picture' in the same way that Windows or Mac OSX does. Search iTunes for drawing or graphics apps.
I'm assuming Farm Story is an app. If you're using the same iTunes account, simply go to the Purchased Tab in the App Store. You will see a list of all of the applications you have ever downloaded on your iPad, iPod and iPhone. You can either use the search bar, or search by hand to find Farm Story. Once you have found it, just press the Cloud Download Icon next to it. The app will begin downloading. If you aren't, there is no way to transfer it. Hope this helped.
