Many wireless adapters work with Windows 7. If the product does not have an explicit Windows 7 driver, the Vista driver should still work.

I will make the assumption that you are referring to setting up your XBOX 360 to the internet to take advantage of the LIVE features. Microsoft has yet to sell an XBOX with a wireless adapter pre-installed with the console itself. Instead you must buy an adapter piece for the XBOX. You don't need Windows 9 yet, because Windows 8 hasn't been released yet, so wait until windows 8 gets released to need windows 9...
