well im 13 and i can only get in to a couple airsoft fields with out my parents but it really depends on the field you go to. but mot of them if you are 8-15 years old you need to have a parent/gardian on the field at all times but ussaully if you are below 8 you can not play airsoft (on a field) but if you wanna play backyard airsoft that's fine but check your towns laws first.

Plate carriers do not come in childrens sizes. If you are worried about a kids protection in arisoft then they are not old enough to be playing airsoft.
Probably. ADHD stands for attention-dephicet-hyperactive-disorder as you probably already know. Firing a gun, no matter airsoft or real, gets the heart pumping. And kids with ADHD have hyperness already in them. So the excitement and please from shooting an airsoft gun copes real well with his/hers hyper activity. Email me at vino12@aim.com if you have anymore questions about airsoft or real guns and their ammunitions.
Kids can typically start using airsoft guns around the age of 10 to 12, although this can vary depending on local laws and regulations, as well as the maturity and responsibility of the child. It's important for parents to supervise and ensure that children understand safety rules and proper handling of the equipment. Many airsoft fields and organizations have age restrictions, often requiring players to be at least 12 or older. Always prioritize safety gear, such as masks and goggles, when participating in airsoft activities.
Although there are no enforced federal laws regarding the sport of airsoft (beyond shipping restrictions of certain models and makes), most laws reside on either your state, local, or community level. Be sure to check your state laws regarding airsoft, and always play safe.
any age i see kids as young as 5 playing i was 9 when i started playing.
I suggest you to go to an airsoftsmith. Every airsoft community have their own trusted airsoftsmith. Find information from your friends or media about the nearest airsoftsmith available. Why? They have more experience , better tools, better links (know where to find tools, accs, sparepart, etc). Find information from the internet, airsoft magazines, or your airsoft community about the design you want (interior and/or exterior) then discuss it with your airsoftsmith. You can discuss them also about your budget. I'm very sure they can do a lot of help. IMO it's Ok to design your airsoft gun on your own, but it definitely WILL take more cost, more efforts, losing your time and your money. I hope this answer can help.
yes as long as they are under adult supervision
