It is not guaranteed you will receive a personal response to emails sent to WikiAnswers community advisors and assistants. You can also email support @ answers.com with any additional questions. To request a new category, fill out the form linked below.
Who should you email on WikiAnswers if someone is spamming the same question in different words to get badges and go on the most contributions list?
You should contact a Supervisor or CA and explain the situation. The Supervisor/CA will look into the situation and deal with it appropriately. Spamming questions or answers for contributions is not an acceptable practice.
How long does it take for a requested category to be set up on WikiAnswers?
It may take a few days for your category request to be approved and added by a Community Assistant onto WikiAnswers. Community Assistants are very busy on the whole of WikiAnswers, but will try to sort out the category request ASAP. For the most chance of getting a category added remember to include in the email where it would be placed and if there are sufficient questions to fill it (we look for 50+ questions in the category before making it, however exceptions can be made).

One email can contain as many descriptions as you wish in one email, but please specify how many there are in the email and clearly state which category each description is for.
