None that i no of but if you give your adult sim a family aspritation and then go on apseration rewards and picks grandmas soup that will cure your sick sim :)
To get the soup, you need to have the family asparation thing and then you can make it! Huray!

I do believe there is. It is 'maxMotives' if that does not work try typing in help at the cheat box to see a large list of cheats. Also if you want to stop your motives from deteriorating, when the cheat box is up type in 'motivedecay off' :D
