Due to the "chip" in the key, the dealer is the only choice.
It's not anything you can do yourself. Any Toyota dealer or well equipped locksmith shop can "flash" the chip in the key.
The dealers scan tool is required.
If you no longer have the remote key you will need a transponder (chip) key. You can get one from the dealer, or there are some other places that sell them. You will have to use that key in the Drivers door to unlock the door and this will disarm the alarm.
