Which fuse controls the power windows?

It probably uses a circuit breaker instead of a fuse. It's location would depend on what vehicle you have.

Does a residential condo require a main breaker in each unit?

No, a residential condo does not require a main breaker in each unit. Typically, the main breaker is located in the electrical room or utility room of the building, and it controls the power supply to all the units. Each unit may have individual circuit breakers, but a main breaker is not required in each unit.

How come the breaker is not blown and there is no power to the switch?

You have checked the wire at the switch? Breaker may be bad but not tripped. Loose connection at light or outlet that the switch controls. Use a screwdriver to touch the two terminals on the switch if you do not have a tester. May not be hot side of the circuit, but the neutral.

On my 87 Comanche, Interior of the Cab drivers side fuse box long silver circuit breaker at the bottom of the fuse box. By long I mean rectangular as opposed to round. It is a circuit breaker not a fuse that controls the Wipers.

What fuse controls drivers window in 2004 grand prix?

One circuit breaker protects all the power windows. If only one window doesn't work it's not the circuit breaker/fuse. It could be the switch in the drivers door or the power window motor has failed.

What is shunt coil?

A shunt-trip coil is a built-in component of a shunt-trip circuit breaker. It is a magnetic coil that can be energized externally to make the breaker trip to shut off the flow of current. For instance, fire sprinklers are sometimes required in the top of elevator shafts in case of a fire in the shaft. If the sprinklers were to spray water on the electric controls in the elevator cab, people could be hurt or killed, either from electrocution or from the elevator malfunctioning. In these cases, a shunt-trip breaker is installed in the circuit feeding the elevator controls, and the fire alarm system sends a trip signal if it detects waterflow from the sprinkler system. This trips the breaker and removes power from the elevator cab. Once tripped, a shunt-trip breaker requires a person to reset it manually.

What is a shunt-trip breaker?

It works just like a normal circuit breaker with one additional function. A shunt-trip breaker also has a built-in magnetic coil that can be energized externally to trip the breaker. If the sprinklers were to spray water on the electric controls in the elevator cab, people could be hurt or killed, either from electrocution or from the elevator malfunctioning. How many amps in normal household sockets?

Typically either 15 A or 20 A. You can be sure by checking the breaker value in the electric panel that controls the outlet. If it were a 20 A breaker then the total amps for all outlets on the breaker would be 20A. usually you don't want to exceed 80% of rated current so in reality for a 20 A breaker you would have a 16 A capacity.

What is point to point electrical connection mean?

It is the begining of electrial circuit, or where the power comes from, to the end point where it will be used. "Example" circuit breaker panel box has the power, circuit breaker controls the power the cable allows the power to flow to the outlet so when electrical device is plugged in it works.
