Is there a copy and paste tool that you have a list of stuff you want to paste But when you click paste it go's to the next and next until your done your list?

Try this -- hold down the Control key while selecting from the list:
then go to Copy and then Paste to where you want the list.
Also try selecting while holding down the Ctrl key and then Copy and Paste. This gives a slightly different result.
