Kind of, there is an island called Jersey in the Channel Islands just off England. Its a country, but last I checked its also part of England.
==============================================================
Jersey IS NOT part of England. The Bailiwick of Jersey (to give it its proper title) is a British Crown Dependency off the coast of France. Together with the Bailiwick of Guernsey, it forms the the Channel Islands. Like the Isle of Man, Jersey is a separate possession of the Crown and is NOT part of the United Kingdom. Unlike the U.K., Jersey is not a full-member state of the European Union although it is included in the customs territory of the European Community. Jersey has an international identity different from that of the UK, however under the British Nationality Act 1981, the islanders are British. The United Kingdom is constitutionally responsible for the defence of Jersey.
