I'm on adhd medication too, Daytrana, which is basically the same thing as Ritalin only in patch form. I admitted to my psychologist that I did shrooms on occasion and he said that doing shrooms while on the medication can cause some permanent damage. I didn't really bother to ask what he meant by "permanent damage" but I decided regardless I would hold off on the shrooms. All I have to say is if you do choose to do them on the medication do them at your own risk! Hope that helped
