Yes. I own one of the O’Keefe and Merritt “El Dorado“ model. I don’t know much about the history or it, but I am in the process of having mine restored so I can use it daily.
O’Keefe & Merritt Stove
I have an O'keefe Merritt electric cooktop which was made in 1965 so they were manufacturing at that time. Hope that helps. I need parts. any clues? O'keefe & Merritt went bankrupt and their assetts were bought by the Tappan company in the early 1980's. Tappan discontinued the name and used the factory to produce their ranges.

If you are asking can you connect aluminum wiring to copper wiring, the answer is yes. With one provision. You must cover the connection with a special compound prior to putting on the wire nuts. This compound is available at Lowe's and Home Depot and Ace.
The rough guidelines are about the same as Wedgewood and O'Keefe & Merritt stoves from the same era. It also depends on the width, whether it has chrome, two fullsize ovens, and timer features.
Change the cord/plug on the stove to a four wire cord/plug. When installing the new plug remove the grounding strip that connects the center lug in the stove wiring block to the frame of the stove. Connect the white wire from the new plug to the center lug. Connect the green wire from the plug to the stove frame.
The electric stove top could be on a different breaker than that of the oven. Most of the stove top elements have their own fuses which are located in the panel at the back of the stove. There should be two screws that have to be removed and a narrow cover plate removed. These are screw type fuses, look for one that has blown. Check which burner the fuse controls and thoroughly check the burner element for damage or a short in the wiring
