The grade and viscosity of the oil
There is no difference between 2 stroke oil and 2 cycle oil. They are the identical product but are called different names. The 2 stroke refers to the engine type that the oil can be used in.
The 2 cycle oil will be marked 2 cycle and have a mixture rating like 25 to 1 mix on the label The Four cycle oil will have a weigh or viscosity rating, 10W30 or W30 weight oil.
2 cycle oil is meant to be used when your engine requires fuel/oil mix gas. If you have a dip stick for oil, your machine doesn't use mixed gas/oil.
The terms 4 stroke, and 4 cycle, have the same meaning. There is no difference in the oil.
no
The difference between barrel and gallen is that a barrel can load 220 litre oil and a gallon can load millions of oil.
Usually no difference except that later model vehicles require a multi-viscosity oil (5w-30, 10w-30. etc) while the regular 30w is recommended for small engines such as a lawn mower.
Difference is capacity and the fuel type.
Four-stroke engines have a spout where you add oil to the engine. On two-stroke engines, oil has to be added to the fuel. (Four-stroke and two-stroke are also called four-cycle and two-cycle, respectively).
baby oil is scented mineral oil
Gear oil is normally a much heavier oil.
