Unfortunately, the upload speed of your internet and the size/quality of your video are the limiting factors here. Unless you can get a faster internet connection or are willing to reduce the size of your video by changing the quality/encoding of it, then no.

∙ 7y agoSome 5 minute videos were taking more than an hour to upload, so I searched around various video converters without much success. In the end this was the quickest way for me.
- Open your .mov video in Quicktime.
- From the Quicktime File menu, choose Export, then 480p. (I found this made a much smaller video but without losing much of the quality.)
- Open the exported video in Quicktime.
- From the File Menu, choose Share, then YouTube.

The only way to speed up your upload is to compress your file to a smaller size or get a better internet upload speed. The YouTube server can only download videos so quickly. Should a video process for too long, try uploading it again.
