There is a not a fuel pump reset switch on PT Cruisers, only a fuel pump relay.
It does not have a fuel cutoff switch, you have to remove the fuel pump relay to disable the fuel pump.
The 2002 Nissan Xterra fuel pump reset switch can be found on the firewall in the engine compartment. The fuel pump relay switch will be on the drivers side of the firewall.
