Is there a fuse for the heater for a 1995 Chevy caprice classic because it takes long time to warm upIf I leave the blower in low it will warm up some but cold in the max.?

Check coolant level Could be a bad thermostat not allowing engine to get to normal operating temperature I own a 1996 Impala SS and I sometimes have a problem with the temperature cable. Open the glovebox,empty the contents and then depress the sides to lower it further down. Look through the opening and to the left and you will see the control cable and fulcrum. Reinsert the cable while turning the temperature control knob.
