Graphics tablets were invented for use with Photoshop and Illustrator - the only ones that don't work with it aren't worth buying.
The most commonly used tablets by Photoshop professionals are from Wacom. While they have a good line of professional tablets, they do have some good lower priced tablets that work well with Photoshop and are designed for non-professional users.
