As far as man portable grenade launchers go, there is the South African Milkor MGL, which is a six shot rotary grenade launcher, which is probably most infamous in American cinema for its appearance in Terminator 2: Judgement Day as a tear gas canister delivery system.

This is how you do it but i do not recommend this for online play as many people cook their grenades by holding the trigger longer. This causes the grenade to blow up quicker as the fuse is shorter.
