6 large (hard-boiled eggs)
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon harissa, depending on spice preference
Kosher salt Ground cumin and chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
Halve eggs lengthwise and scoop out yolks into a medium bowl; reserve whites on a cutting board or plate.
MASH yolks well with a fork, then add mayonnaise and harissa and mash and stir until smooth; season with salt. Taste and add more salt and/or harissa, if necessary.
Spoon or pipe yolk mixture into each egg white. Top with a generous pile of fried shallots, cumin, and cilantro.

All you really do (this is a rough explanation, not a recipe and I am missing many important ingredients.) is boil some eggs, peel the white, cut the eggs in half (where they are longer makes it easier to eat.), and put the yolk in a bowl, where you mix with other ingredients. Then take the yolk mix, and put in back in the eggs, and sprinkle paprika on your deviled eggs! Enjoy!
