your question appears to be illogical. there is no requirement to clean anything other than normal health and safety codes which are local. also, a corp. is issued by a state, not federal, and is then recognized nationally. of the standard 3 ways to inc yourself, a full corp is usually the best way to go if you foresee getting into a big money bracket. s corps and limited liability corps are just inefficient and cost you big bucks in the long run.
